I think its quite obvious that Rudy's power was specifically created to solve the Simon storyline they wrote themselves into. The Dealer will give Rudy's Power to Simon and half or Simon will (somehow) be sent back, while the other half will remain in the present.
@MrDowntown I'm not saying that's not a possibility but Rudy's power is that his sensitive side comes out so I don't think that will work for simon, what i think happens is that simon gets the power to go back through time from the guy and something happens to the gang and he goes back or something
